Temperatures in southwestern Pennsylvania in the middle of July are in the high 80’s and low to mid 90’s and are usually defined as “hot and humid.” Besides bringing clothing appropriate for hot and humid weather conditions, we suggest that you also include a light jacket or sweater for use in air-conditioned meeting rooms.
